On the 21st of March, 2024, the Boston Mayor’s Office of Women’s Advancement (MOWA) announced Poxy Clinical’s Founder and President, Susan Vong, as one of their 2024 EXTRAordinary Women honorees.
EXTRAordinary Women (ExW) are recognized for their commitment and dedication to their community, neighborhood, and workplace. Honorees represent all of Boston’s neighborhoods as well as various industries and backgrounds. 41 women were selected from hundreds of nominations to receive recognition for their contributions to progress economic equity, health, representation, and safety.
Susan was recognized for spearheading change within the industry for the past 16 years and her contributions under the category to health, where she has developed testing methodologies that ensured clinical trial systems were fit for purpose, while safeguarding patient safety.
Beyond leading Poxy Clinical, Susan is a humanitarian and accomplished business leader passionate about campaigning for social equity, education and enhancing the livelihoods of under-served communities.
